"Very small room"

Only redeeming feature was the onsen with indoor and outdoor baths . Disappointingly very small room for a couple . Staff said no bigger room available. Asked for ramen restaurant recommendation - very ordinary experience. Breakfast and parking were extra cost - not good value for what we got .

Great place to spend the night before flying out of New Chitose. The onsen is very well equipped and the little free goodies at different times of day are appreciated. The room was quite small with only one side of the double bed accessible but for the price it was a great stay.
