スタッフの対応の良さ

連泊したのですが、20〜30分置きにバイブ音が夜通し鳴り寝不足となった。2日目の朝、スタッフさんに相談し快く空き部屋に移動させてもらったが、そこでもバイブ音に悩まされた。設備の問題かと思う。風景を見ようとカーテンを開けると、隣の建物の壁しか見えなかった。レストランが使えず、朝食が食べれなかった。事前に知りたかった。
