"寝るだけのビジネスホテルとしては70点をつけられるが、観光客を相手にするなら物足りない。"

清潔さにはとても気を使っていることがよくわかりました。また、スタッフの方々はとても感じがよく、迷惑をかけたくないなと思う接客と笑顔でした。ただ、チェックアウトの際にフロントの男性が電話対応をしていて、急かされるように片手で機械をさされ、何となくやってみる、そのまま黙って帰る、という感じだったのが残念でした。例えば会釈だけはする、電話が終わるのを待って、チェックアウトの時間をすぎてしまうとしてもその人がわかっていることなので追加料金にならないようにする、などもう少し対応はあったかなと思いました。

朝食2000円は内容に対して高すぎる気がしました。旅行でしたから、出先でも美味しいものを食べられるようにあまり食べなくていいやと思ってホテルの食事を少量で済ますことが何の苦にもならないと感じるレベルです。せっかくの北海道ですから、2500円になったとしても、3種類程度の刺身やイクラなどがあると嬉しいと思います。露天風呂ではテレビを見られるようになっていましたが、湯船に使ってテレビの方をむくと頭を支えられる位置に岩がないため、どうしてもゆったり浸かる姿勢にはなれませんでした。部屋では、空調をつけると枕の位置に直接当たるので寝る時は消すしかありませんでした。夏や冬は大変かなと思いました。
