"団体客とお風呂に注意"

スタッフの対応は良いですし、朝食(利用していませんが)の混み具合がスマホからわかるとか、湯上がりのアイスなどサービスは良いと思います。ただお風呂の混み方が普通ではなかった。 お風呂の大きさに対して、ロッカーの数が多すぎます。洗い場は並ばなくてはならず、待つことができず洗うことなく湯船に入る方もおり、衛生上も良くありません。湯船も人数が多すぎて、正直気持ち悪い。特に団体客が大きな声で話しまくっており、とても温泉を楽しめる状況ではありませんでした。正直、温泉があるということで選んだホテルでしたので、残念でなりません。

What an amazing stay with great food and onsen. The room is spacious and beds are very comfortable, clean and soft. The onsen is with high quality water, a bit busy and clean and therapeutical. It has 2 massage chairs and with gorgeous 13th floor roof-top views. The staff are always trying the provide best possible service to us. We can feel the difference when we are staying at Dormy Inn.
