Arrived at the hotel and didn't get the satisfaction we expected. Says in the advert that it was free parking, free wifi & smokers allowed. When we got there we found out it was only first come first serve for the parking.. so i had to park out on the street. The wifi dropped out the whole night.. so we got no use of this. Smoking.. we were not welcome to smoke on the grounds.. so we went out on the street to have a cigarette. Very disappointed as it was nothing like we thought and Byron was the one place we were more excited to arrive to.
Very near to the beach and a lot of restaurants nearby. Good and cosy place.

I've never stayed at a BnB before and technically this isn't really a BnB. There's private villas, the location is great, all in all excellent value.
Wish it was longer As a suggestion they should look at providing fresh bread and baguettes perhaps with coffee machine access maybe ? Otherwise it is a lovely property
Would certainly recommend - lovely hosts, great facilities, friendly open hotel. Super little kitchen area for cooking etc if required. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach/shops etc.

Homely, friendly, stylish, beautiful. I loved the shared kitchens and gardens. Really nice staff too.
Check in process was a breeze great smiley staff and great tips on what to do and see around Byron. Rooms were immaculate, the common kitchen and dining area was brilliant and modern. Nice deck area with barbecue. Plenty of shelf and fridge space Cable TV was a great bonus as well as DVDs at reception. Best place I've stayed in Byron, also do the Go Sea Kayaking if you really want a great nature experience of Byron Bay!
