Tango Luxe Beach Villa, Koh Samui

Loved the setting of these villas. All staff from reception staff to the chefs were so friendly. Manager of the restaurant was very proffessional and welcoming.

O quarto era bem espaçoso, o banheiro enorme, a piscina privativa era muito boa. Os funcionários eram solícitos.

Eh um pouco distante do centro comercial, então você tem que pegar táxi ou pedir no hotel (que eh mais caro). O café da manhã era ok, nada demais, e o café era morno.

Great value for money. Stayed here for 5 nights and it felt very private, with a private pool and very quiet in the day. It got busy at night but we were always able to get a table. Good distance for getting a taxi to Fishermans village too

WARNING TO ALL FAMILIES: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This hotel put our children’s health at risk and then tried to avoid responsibility. After swimming in their pool, both of our children suffered severe chemical skin burns/rashes. The hotel staff tested the pool water themselves and confirmed the chemical balance was dangerously wrong. When the first test showed extremely unsafe levels, the staff removed the test kit and refused to show us the original results. Instead of closing the pool or protecting guests, they simply added more water and claimed everything was “safe again.” The attached photo was taken AFTER they diluted the pool — and even then the chemical readings were still clearly outside safe levels. We immediately packed our belongings and left because we no longer trusted the hotel or felt safe letting our children stay there. Days later, our children’s condition became so serious that we had to take them to the hospital. The doctor confirmed the injuries were caused by pool exposure and ordered them to avoid pools, the ocean, and sun exposure for at least a week. Even after receiving medical documentation proving the injuries, the hotel still refused to take full responsibility and only refunded 30% of our stay. The most terrifying part is not just the dangerous pool conditions — it is the dishonesty and complete lack of accountability: - Unsafe chemical levels - Hiding the first test results - Fake “solution” by adding water - Continuing to allow guests into the pool - Refusing proper compensation after children required hospital treatment This hotel should never place guests — especially children — in this kind of danger. We travel often around the world and have NEVER experienced anything this irresponsible, unsafe, and disturbing. If you care about your family’s safety, stay somewhere else.

Villa sehr sauber, groß und geräumig!

Frühstück war nichts besonderes, sehr einfach. Personal bis auf eine Dame am Empfang recht unfreundlich.

Sehr schöne, grosszügige Villa mit Pool und Meerblick. Vorallem das Restaurant ist top. Sehr nettes Personal, tolle Stimmung und leckeres Essen.

Yksityisyys parhaimmalla mahdollisella tasolla! Todella miellyttävät huoneistot, tilavat ja käytännölliset. Aamupala oli mieletön. Emme olisi halunneet lähteä, koska huoneisto oli niin upea ja viihtyisä. Suosittelen tätä paikkaa lämmöllä!
