Hotel Pontives

Staff friendly especially meal staff. Staff went out of their way to insure one in our party who needed gluten free was comfortable to the point of baking special items for her. Breakfasts were very good and waitress stellar.

L'hôtel était parmi les moins chers de la région. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et la personne au bar très avenante. Parking disponible.

L'hôtel mériterait une très grosse rénovation : moquette, murs, un peu tout. Il est situé face à un camping. Ce qui n'était pas évident lorsque nous avons réservé. Un peu loin de la ville. 250€ la nuit en août. Ce type d'hôtel ne mériterait pas plus de 100€ par nuit si ce n'était pas Ortisei : l'impression de payer des vacances de luxe dans un hôtel vieillot. N'hésitez pas à vous loger plus loin encore de Ortisei, de toutes façons vous prendrez votre voiture. Enfin, pas de climatisation disponible.

Hotel Pontives is a wonderful example of the fact that you don't have to be in a 5 star hotel to feel special. The staff's attitude is kind, with a sense of humor and understanding towards each of us. We are grateful to them for everything. Right in front of the hotel are the bus stops in the direction of Ortisei and Bolzano. Ortisei is 10 minutes away by bus and Bolzano is about an hour away. For us, the fact that there are no shops or restaurants around the hotel was not a problem. The hotel restaurant has quite good cuisine, a rich menu with large portions. Some of the rooms have been renovated and others have not, but they are nevertheless well maintained and clean.

It was a bit dark in the two unrenovated rooms.

방에서 보는 뷰가 훌륭했고 유쾌한 사장님 덕분에 즐거운 여행이었습니다. . 특히 제공해 주신 대중교통권 덕분에 편하게 여행했어요. 다음에는 가족 캠핑장도 이용해 보고 싶어요. 아~조식 먹는 즐거움도 빼놓을 수 없네요.

Love their breakfast! Room is big & clean, bed is comfortable. The staff was so kind to let us check in earlier. Also their breakfast start at 7.30 but we need to leave early in the morning so they make special arrangement for us to have our breakfast earlier that was certainly lovely of them. Everyone in the hotel is very kind & helpful, we really enjoy our stay.

Staying at Pontives was truly a wonderful experience. The owners, Sylvie and Renato, were always present and offered the warmest hospitality, making me feel at home even though I was thousands of kilometers away. The food was absolutely delicious, and every detail of the stay reflected care and dedication. A place full of heart that I would gladly return to.

Spacious room, great balcony, restaurant on site, convenient location, elevator Great breakfast: hot eggs, cold fruit, breads, pastries, yougurt, etc. We also ate dinner at the hotel every night. A family run hotel, everyone was friendly and helpful. As a celiac, I must be extra careful about what food I eat. I was in excellent hands! Definitely recommend!

Great breakfast, clean, friendly staff, free bus pass, comfortable.

It is really difficult to get a parking spot in Ortisei so it might be better to get a hotel in town, although the bus is pretty convenient.

שירות מעולה, אווירה משפחתית נעימה, השקעה ותשומת לב גם לפרטים הקטנים, מיקום מצוין, ארוחת בוקר טובה, ומעל הכל - מסעדה נפלאה עם אוכל מצוין, מנות ענקיות וטעימות. היינו 3 לילות וכל מה שהזמנו היה פשוט יוצא מן הכלל! בטוח שבביקורינו הבאים באיזור - נשוב לאותו מלון.
