Cadre agréable en plein centre ville avec vue sur le clocher et accès rapide au téléphérique. Le personnel de l’hôtel est sympathique, toujours à l’écoute et saura vous proposer des activités sur mesure si besoin.

Everything was perfect from the beginning til the end. Good breakfast at €10 to book directly there.

I stayed at this hotel two days ago. I found it a good deal: very clean room with that vintage atmosphere I like plus the nice a view over the cathedral (room 45). Tip to travelers: book at the front desk of the hotel directly, prices are lower than online. Thank you Hotel Panoramic

Rented two rooms for three nights in Luchon with some friends to cycle the famous cols. Obviously the location of the hotel is excellent and it's a great value in terms of what you get for the cost. However, the real value comes from Jean-Claude, the proprietor, who serves as a concierge worthy of a 5-star hotel. He made reservations for dinner for us on numerous occasions but also asked a lot of questions so he could ascertain what kind of food our group would like. He's fluent in at least 3 languages (French, Dutch and English) and probably can communicate in more... Additionally, he really knows his customers--in our case serious cyclists. And he had all kinds of suggestions based on what we asked him. I would definitely stay here again if I was cycling in the area.

Yet another wonderful stay at this hotel in Luchon. We have been going back there for years and it's always such a wonderfully welcoming hotel . The rooms are spotlessly clean and we have always had a view of the mountains or other parts of Luchon which look very classy . This time we had a wonderful view from our room where we could see right up to the high peaks by the Port de Venasque unobscured by clouds - breathtaking particularly when we have walked up there previously. The hotel is managed by a very friendly pair and they are always willing to advise on walks, weather prospects and the best things to do. Luchon is such a beautiful unspoiled place and the restaurants and pavement cafes are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast is always delicious with enormous croissants provided and a large buffet selection . I always feel this hotel is like a second home as it is so comfortable and friendly . I thoroughly recommend a stay here and there is always so much to see and do with many hikes in the surrounding high Pyranees - we never get bored !.
