Character property, good parking, spotlessly clean rooms

Didn’t know we were on 2nd floor and no lift, with guest with heart condition . Wish we had known this on booking. Room rather cold and dark, poor illumination, no bedside light. Room in need of refurbishment,

Really late arrival by me and check in but receptionist was amazing, friendly, helpful and concerned that I may not have eaten. Room was super comfy and quiet.

Bath is really small and hotwater takes a long tome to come through for the shower.
