Very friendly staff nice clean room, excellent breakfast

Location a bit of a way out for most places with narrow roads

Idyllic location with easy access to Wells and surrounding areas! There are a number of EV charging points at £17/kwh by Monta which is a plus!

The breakfast has limited selections.

I was upgraded to a lovely room. The staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was very good. The hotel doesn’t look great from the outside but don’t judge a book by its cover!

Initially our room was very disappointing. Described as a Deluxe twin bedded room. according to the description the room included a "Seating Area", tea and coffee making "machine", neither of which were in the room, and was far too small to accommodate the described seating area, Having brought this to the attention of Management, we were subsequently moved on the second day to a room more in keeping with the facilities as described. Breakfast was great. The Staff were very good, and the Management did respond positively to our complaint about the room.

WE did not feel that the A'la Carte Dinner Menu was any more interesting than many of our local Pubs, and bearing in mind the obvious amount of attention and cost which has evidently been spent throughout the premises, it is a pity that the Restaurant Menu was not in keeping with the general style and ambience of the Hotel.

Our stay at Crossways was exceptional, and we felt incredibly welcomed. The staff and the hotel facilities were outstanding. Our executive double room was delightful, and the breakfast offered a wide array of choices. Crossways truly is a remarkable discovery.
