ZAZAThe location, cleanliness, decor, and facilities are spectacular. For the price they charge, at least one treatment should be included. Spa services are extensive but quite expensive . The atmosphere is tranquil. Feels like you're the only guest. Staff are friendly.
I understand that this is a wellness retreat, and only healthy food is served. But healthy doesn't need to be boring or bland. I am so disappointed that we were offered the same breakfast for 3 days. There are so many options for gluten-free, dairy free, sugar-free, and yet there is no variety on the menu. We stayed for dinner on one night. Again, it was a very limited menu that was not exceptional in any way. And at R900+ for 2 people, we left very disappointed. This was the only aspect that really let down what could be a phenomenal experience.
ZAWent on a half day package which was a massage and lunch included. The massages were good and of excellent standard. You could use the spa facilities afterwards. The change / showers are excellent generously large. The lunch was just above average. But healthy.

ITthe room was amazing, we had a great spa experience, the choice of dairy-free gluten-free low sugar etc… very interesting! hotel organised a local taxi driver To look after us (very nice young man- felt safe). management helpful and staff pleasant and smiley
