Unterkunf Personal und Frühstück gut und absolut ausreichend. Tolle Lage und gut fußläufig zum Medvedin

Die Betten sind nicht wirklich gut,sehr niedfrig und extrem durchgelegen. Ein Topper würde garantiert ein angenehmeres Schlafgefühl bringen

Good parking.

Our only wish was to have the room ready for early check in at 12pm. Before booking, I called the place to ensure this will be done and got confirmation that this will not be a problem. After booking, I've sent two message reminders (one text and one through Booking). When we arrived there, the lady shouted at us that the room was not ready. We HAD to get this room so in the end the lady gave us the key to the room that was nor prepared. It was also extremely cold when we got into the room. The lady did not want to speak in English and asked us to speak in Polish, saying that she understands Polish. It would be no issue, if she was replying in Polish too - instead she was speaking in Czech, and we don't understand Czech. She might be used to Polish language since there are many tourists from Poland, but we don't deal with Czech people at all and don't understand this language. Communication was difficult. The lady was very aggressive in her communication too.
