Our queen bed was very noisey, whenever you moved even slightly, the bed would squeak.

The villa was quiet.

The reception was closed, had to call a number, the reception was a complete mess, not tidy or clean, the girl at reception had no idea what was being asked. The area was concerning, as random people hanging around, and coming and going. I wanted to cancel but was unable. Upon arrival, the unit was tidy, no wifi or brochure, light didnt work in toilet, no complimentry soap, shampoo or conditioner, unsure if this unit is intended as an Airbnb. One tea bag, the sheets were purchased from kmart and put on the bed, and only a bottom sheet. They supplied 4 towels. New soap dispensers, however, not filled. No kitchen table, had to place my child on the dirty floor to eat. A carpark was indicated, but some random parked up all night. Dont recommend.

No blanket on a 10c night . I had trouble sleeping. Only found some blankets out of my eye sight . Staff apology was very acxept.

Staff go above and beyond, and very accommodating.
