Close to beach and eateries.

Somewhat dated - doors stick or hard to close,meant they were noisy when opening and closing

Our Studio was excellent, it was clean and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed-especially the stove top so I could cook for myself and my children. The aircon worked superbly and made our stay very confortable. The sheets were clean and confortable. The staff were lovely and helpful. At my request, Natalie took the time to show me one of the Detached Bungalows that I will consider staying in at another time. I found Natalie friendly and approachable, and she generously took the time to show me the Bungalow. My children really liked the Studio that we stayed in, they were relaxed there and slept very well and they want to stay at Fraser Park again. We all like the pool and I loved the Spa!! l liked it that the front gates closed at night and that you needed a code to enter, that made me feel safe.

Wifi didn't work. That is one thing that needs improvement. I had to use my son's mobile data from his phone-he hot spotted me so that I could Connect my Laptop to the Internet. I needed my Laptop to message my friends who live in Hervey Bay, so that we knew what our plans were for the day/evening etc........ A Second thing-there is one or possibly two car space missing for the studios, so our neighbour took our car space, we sorted it but maybe you need some signage to ask people only to park in the car spot alloted for their personal Studio. Or ask permanent tenants to park their car somewhere inside the park for car security. Third and final thing-there was a bit of cigarette smoke around the Studio where we stayed and I would prefer non-smoking as much as is possible and enforceable. Possibly have Smoking spots out the front of the park-I know that it is a difficult issue. Thanks for your time, and I hope that you can consider some of these suggestions, that may help to make improvements, so that your Park becomes even more exceptional!!
