"A beautiful place away from the maddening crowds."

Situated in the ancient village up the hill, easily accessible Capet from the climb. Loved the roof patio.

My only complaint would be I found the room very dark, I’m sure it’s fine in Summer, in Autumn, with rain and clouds, I found it a bit depressing.

Struttura situata nel bellissimo borgo di Grottammare.

Molto poco accogliente e comunicativo il proprietario della struttura. Abbiamo chiesto, tramite sms, al proprietario, di poter fare la colazione alle 7. La fredda risposta ricevuta è stata "non prima delle 7.30" e nessun altra spiegazione. All'ora stabilita ci siamo presentate nella sala pranzo e abbiamo salutato. L'unica risposta ricevuta è stata quella della signora mentre il 'simpatico' proprietario non si è neanche degnato di voltarsi e rispondere al saluto. Diciamo che lui non e' proprio tagliato per quel mestiere. Non ci tornerei
