Top Lage, besser geht es bald nicht.

Aufgrund eines Krankheitsfalls haben wir kein Frühstück erhalten, obwohl es gebucht war. Dafür haben wir ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad erhalten. Dies hätte vorher kommuniziert werden sollen und nicht erst, wenn man den Schlüssel aus der Schlüsselbox holt. Dank der Nähe zur Innenstadt und einem REWE war es nicht so schlimm.

Schlüsselkasten mit Code. Naja. Schlüsselkasten funktioniert nicht richtig, weil hakelig und es regnet Bindfäden, während man vor der Hoteltür steht.

I love this hotel and have stayed there many times. Everything is clean and people are friendly. Plus this hotel is situated right by the old part of Bad Homburg which is lovely. The breakfast is wonderful and everybody is helpful.
