Boa tarde. Ótima localização, funcionários bem solícitos, bem confortável. O café da tarde é um diferencial. Ainda não tinha ficado, nesse hotel e fomos surpreendidos! Parabéns a todos os envolvidos.

O telefone do quarto, estava inoperante más, não foi um problema e nem comprometeu a nossa estadia.

Hotel bem localizado, quarto de frente ao mar. Vidro da varanda abafou bastante o barulho externo e as cortinas diminuíram a luz intensa e o calor. Todos que nos atenderam foram solícitos e nos atenderam com cortesia. As toalhas estavam secas e quentes, as roupas de cama estavam muito confortáveis. Frigobar funcionando normalmente. Banheiro ok, com disponibilidade de sabonetes suficientes para 01 diária. Havia água quente no chuveiro, apesar da dificuldade para controlar. Café da manhã e chá da tarde fartos. Condicionador de ar em bom funcionamento.

A maioria das tomadas elétricas estavam sem aterramento. Todas as tomadas utilizadas, sejam da cabeceira ou das paredes próximas à tv apresentaram faíscas ou tinham marcas de queimado, algumas estavam parcialmente derretidas, como a do banheiro. Secador de cabelo, fraco e com marca de queimado no plug da tomada. Cheiro um pouco forte no quarto, meio amargo, como óleo queimado ou alcatrão, o que agravou as alergias de minha esposa e minha. Tv com imagem ruim, parecida com os boxes de tv pirata, Netflix não funcionava e tive dificuldade para logar na Amazon Prime Video com meu perfil.

La ubicación, pileta climatizada y que había merienda.

El personal de recepción no es muy resolutivo ni amigable. Una vez cenamos y fue tan mala la comida que no volvimos a comer nunca más.
