Emplacement - A proximité de l'arrêt de bus Place au parking Amabilité du personnel

L'heure limite de prise du petit déjeuner. L'hôtel était principalement occupé par des festivaliers du Hellfest. Pendant ces 4 jours, nous rentrons très tard. 9h40 c'est très tôt pour heure limite, alors que la plupart des hôtels proposent 10h, voire 10h30 et même 11h. Par ailleurs, sur les 2 machines à café, 1 était en panne dès le 2ème jour, ce qui peut arriver, mais encore en panne 3 jours après. En conséquence, il y avait une queue importante pour se préparer un café. Un froid glacial en arrivant dans la chambre : après avoir essayé de régler la clim en vain, nous avons compris que c'est au niveau de la réception qu'il fallait faire un réglage, par ordinateur. Une seule serviette par personne, c'est un peu léger. La douchette fuyait, on en mettait partout.

Hotel sencillo pero cómodo. Lo mejor buen aire acondicionado ya que hacía mucho calor en Nantes y se agradecía. Todo correcto. El chico de recepción muy amable, hablaba español muy correcto. Autobús gratuito el fin de semana al centro con parada en la puerta del hotel.

La cama supletoria lo peor, con un colchón hundido en el centro.
