Lady Bay Resort

I had a really great stay at Lady Bay Hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is excellent, especially if you’re planning a visit to the Deep Blue Hot Springs — super convenient. Communication was also fantastic, with quick and helpful responses whenever I needed anything. A big bonus was being able to charge my electric vehicle on-site, which made the trip even more stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!

The only small downside was noticing a few cobwebs, but it was a minor detail and didn’t take away from an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom Luxury Soa Apartment. Very outdated, furniture was well worn and stained. Holes in the walls were patched up but not repainted. Carpets stained. Tea and Coffee making facilities but no milk supplied. Advertised as a 'Luxury Spa Apartment' but definitely nothing Luxurious about it. The pump for the Spa bath also wasn't working, made a lot of noise but nothing else, so it was just a normal bath in the end. Very disappointing when you pay a lot of money for a room that may have been worth it back in its day,, but sadly not anymore. Room needs be either refurbished or offered at a lower price. Unfortunately we would choose somewhere else next time.

Understand Sunday rates are expensive- but if your not running a restaurant for meals you need to adjust your room charges 400 a night and no restaurant facilities is the issue

Some of the Cutlery wasn’t clean and had to wash it in the bathroom so we could eat our dinner which as a germaphobe made me worry a little but otherwise everything else was fine
