"Good place to stay if you like fitness."

Big parking space. Personal was very friendly. Inside and outdoor swimming pools.

Outdoor swimming pool is not included in room rate and it was quit costly. Swimming cup is a must for swimming pools (it seems some Italy rule). Breakfast was bad for typical person from Europe, a lot of croissants and coffer from barista.

that they cheat you with the bill and try to make money on everything

Everything. The rooms were clean and large. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was also good. The staff was friendly and so nice.
