The staff and their attentiveness was second to none. Seemed genuinely concerned that you enjoyed every aspect of your stay.

The property was quite and serene and great to have bicycles at our disposal to get around and see tame/wild animals in there natural environment.

Amazing location and big area. as big beautiful garden. There are many interesting birds and animals here. Staff is maximum attentive, and kindly. Very delicious breakfast lunch and dinners.

Not enough sunlight inside and outside Villa. Darkness inside rooms . Tea is bad. Gym is too small (10x10 meters, as if they don’t have enough land)

Beautiful location, wonderful grounds and facilities, amazing wildlife literally outside your door! Riding Rolex was a wonderful experience.

Reception isn’t 24 hours so when we were out late to attend a cricket match in Dambulla, we couldn’t get back to our room at first because everything was locking up and it felt too far to walk in the dark with no torch. Thankfully some staff had not yet finished and were quick to help us! Evening menu was very limited with only one vegetarian option per day.
