喫煙ができた 食事が良かった フロント男性の対応が良かった 景色が最高

到着し部屋に行こうとエレベーター待ちをしていると研修生？女性の集団がワイワイ 客そっちのけで集団エレベーターに乗り込む始末 喫煙部屋なのに灰皿が無くフロントに電話 お持ちしますからの1時間以上 風呂行く時フロントに寄り灰皿頼んであるんですがと言うとこちらには無いんでと そこから３０分以上 なんででしょう？（笑） 宿泊３日前から当日まで毎日同じ内容の電話 夕食の時間何時にされますか？ アレルギーは大丈夫ですか？ 伝達されていないのかな？ 毎日３日間同じ質問はいらないですよね？ 大浴場シャワーなど所々壊れている 駐車場が遠い

ロケーションが素晴らしかった お風呂もお料理も満足でした

駐車場が満車だったので 市営の駐車場へ案内されて 無料だと思ってたら 駐車料金を払わされたのがビックリ しました 割引券ぐらい発行して欲しかった

"また行きたいです"

部屋が広くて綺麗 喫煙可能だったので主人が助かりました。 景色も最高でした。 お料理も良かったし 朝のビュッフェも美味しかったです。

熱海駅から大きなカバンを押して行くのがちょっと坂道で大変でした。 レストランへの移動やお風呂への移動が廊下が外だったので寒かった。
