JR嵯峨嵐山駅までの送迎バスがあり助かりました館内も清潔でした

夜はエアコンが送風になるので4月23日でしたが少し寝ている時暑かったです

Good staff at reception on 1F. Quiet location not too far from Arashiyama centre, 35 minute walk to Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. Free shuttle bus service back to station. Great restaurant for dinner 3 mins walk away

Air conditioning did not work and windows were screwed down so we could not open for fresh air. Breakfast was available at ¥2950 which seemed very expensive. Room was so small that we had to put a stool on top of a coffee table to be able to get the suitcases in .
