La piscina esta muy bien. Las vistas de la habitacion buenas. Cerca de la playa,

Cuando llegamos tardamos casi 40 miin en realizar el check in por un problema interno. Nos acusaron de no haber incluido a mi hijo pequeño en la reserva de habitacion y quisieron cobrarnos un suplemento. Al mostrar la reserva de booking donde, efectivamente constaba que era para dos adultos + 1 niño nos pidieron que llamaramos nosotros a Booking para aclarar la situación. Nos negamos a llamar y a pagar nada y entonces aceptaron revisar ellos el error (despues de 30 minutos de discusión). Al final no nos cobraron el suplemento, pero tampo nadie se preocupo de avisarnos de nada ni de ofrecernos una disculpa o compensación por la situción tan desagradabke que provocó su falta de organización.
