Clean room, comfortable and quiet.

During check-in, the front desk gave us a key card to a room that was already occupied. Thankfully, she corrected the mistake quickly and got us into another room. The vending machine wasn't working either, so there was no bottled water for guests. The next morning at checkout, I asked the front desk attendant to double-check that I wasn’t mistakenly charged for a third room. I had booked and paid for two rooms, but with the mix-up the night before, I just wanted to confirm that nothing extra was added. Rather than checking, he assured me—without verifying—that there was no need to worry. I pressed a bit more, but he repeated the same and made me feel like I was bothering him for asking. When a customer requests something like this, it’s because they are concerned. Simply taking a moment to check and reassure me properly would have been appreciated. I will still be reviewing my statement, just to be sure there's truly "no need to worry."

My room was not cleaned once in three nights

Clerk read my room number out loud. Wifi login didnt work. I called support number and they wanted my ip address of my laptop.

I used one of the washing machines at this property, it was dirty, it smelled and the water from the machine leaked all over the floor. The ice machines were not working as well.
