Not a lot, only the location

I vastly overpaid … indeed, i got screwed by Booking.com and the property. The $435 price I paid suggested it bordered on high end. In reality, it’s about mediocre Motel Six

Clean, comfortable good location for Port.

Breakfast was virtually non existent.

Location pre cruise was great. Access to the area of Brooklyn we needed to explore was good.

Small cramped not very well appointed rooms. The facilities were lacking. Bathroom was too small and old. Included breakfast was a disgrace, they ran out of everything which was shocking for a full room of guests.

the "breakfast" was a huge scam. we paid extra to get this nice breakfast buffet, but just got a dry "sandwich" if you could call it that, and some sugar items, no eggs or no buffet. We had to go out to get breakfast because it was inedible at the hotel. When complaining to the staff , they said they "hear it all the time", but still refused to give the money back. Also it was very noisy and impossible to sleep. This is the first bad review I ever left in my entire life fyi.

Colazione non proprio come ci aspettavamo. Forse una colazione internazionale sarebbe stato meglio.

Tivemos uma excelente receptividade com a funcionária da recepção de nome Inna, muito amigável e nos atendeu muito bem. O Hotel oferece o básico e deve ser utilizado em estadia curta.

O café da manhã é de péssima qualidade. Antes de reservar pesquisei as avaliações e grande parte elogiava o café da manhã. Depois entendi a divergência da minha péssima avaliação com os demais. Acontece que o hotel mudou a sistemática da oferta do café da manhã e passou a distribuir um saco com os alimentos (pão, iogurte mal refrigerado, pequeno pote com pedaços de frutas) na mesa tem uma garrafa com café, água e leite. Ou seja o “café da manhã “ se resume a esse combo de alimentos no saco. E todos os dias é a mesma coisa, vc não tem qualquer opção. É vergonhoso chamar esse sistema de café da manhã. Outro ponto que não gostei é a localização. Essa parte do Brooklyn não oferece qualquer atrativo, é uma região de oficinas mecânicas, não há mercados, cafés etc. a estação do metrô não fica perto (caminhada de 17 minutos). acredito que se consegue hotel melhor localizado no Brooklyn na mesma faixa de preço
