"Not a tourist friendly hotel"

Housekeeping didn't always clean my room. I had to call and request housekeeping after waiting all day. The hotel is fine for conventions at the Guadalajara Expo, but the hotel is located away from most of the tourist areas. It also is away from restaurants and bars. You have to take taxis everywhere you want to go.

There were stains all over one of my beds, I took videos. I expected this to be a lot cleaner. There was also hair on the bed as soon as I arrived.
