Natural location of the facility was good for my business travel. Reception operation relatively okay

The staff are very very loud speaking with each other in a foul language within their working hours around the guest specially in the restaurant area Food material can be way better than what they provide

Everything was perfect from the room to the service. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Special shoutout to the entertainment team ( Zizo, Tayson, Lindy and Yousef) they made the experience even more enjoyable and i will definitely be coming back!!

"Nice but NOISY!"

We booked a quiet garden view room, as we like to read, however were allocated a pool room. Unfortunately the restaurant, bar and pool music were very loud(sound meter 70-85Db) most of the day. When we mentioned the noise and that we had booked a garden view room, we were just shown 2 more pool rooms! Our discomfort aside everything else about the hotel was good. Food fine, staff friendly, room clean and serviced daily.

Costa adlı çalışan çok ilgiliydi.

Her şeyden önce 2 gece için 270$ verdiğimizi belirtmek isterim. Dive Inn Resort genel olarak beklentimizin altında kaldı. Otelin imkanları da oldukça yetersiz. Havuz küçük ve tesis genel olarak dar bir alana kurulmuş hissi veriyor. Beach’in yaklaşık 1.5 km uzakta olması da büyük eksi. Neredeyse sadece küçük bir havuz kullanımı sunuluyor. Odalarda ve ortak alanlarda kullanılan malzemeler çok yıpranmış, yenilenmeye ihtiyaç var. Hijyen konusunda da eksikler vardı; örneğin tuvalette klozet fırçası bile bulunmuyordu ve bu durum ciddi şekilde rahatsız ediciydi. Yemekleri deneme fırsatımız olmadı, bu yüzden o konuda yorum yapamıyorum. Ancak bizim için en büyük sorun fiyat/performans oldu. 4 kişi için 2 oda ve 2 geceye toplam 260 dolar ödedik. Bu fiyatın karşılığını kesinlikle alamadığımızı düşünüyoruz. Eğer daha uygun fiyatlı olsaydı bazı eksikler görmezden gelinebilirdi, fakat ödenen ücret düşünüldüğünde otel beklentiyi karşılamıyor. Daha modern, temiz ve bakımlı bir otel bekleyenler için hayal kırıklığı olabilir.
