Our stay at Dive Inn Resort was very disappointing. We were two guests, and as soon as we arrived, they forced us to pay an extra $100 unexpectedly. The service was poor from the beginning — the luggage staff carried only my suitcase and ignored my friend’s luggage completely. When we entered the room, we were shocked to find two separate beds even though we had specifically paid extra for one large bed. We had to return to the reception and argue for a long time before they finally gave us the room we originally booked. We also booked a pool-view room, but instead we received only a partial pool view, which was misleading and not what we paid for. There was no proper drinking water available at the bar, which was very inconvenient. The alcohol selection was extremely limited, and most drinks that should have been included in the all-inclusive package required extra payment. There was also no proper restaurant in the hotel besides the buffet, and only one bar that closed at 11 PM, which made the all-inclusive experience feel very poor and restricted. The food was honestly tasty, but not very diverse. Unfortunately, the bad treatment and poor customer service ruined the entire experience. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel.
