Ottima location, buon cibo e proprietaria molto disponibile.

The hotel itself is superb, well-appointed and in a charming setting. I was here unexpectedly “sans femme” as my wife didn’t want to venture outside Switzerland in the current environment. Perhaps that’s the reason I was allocated a gloomy room with minimal sunlight and paper-thin walls whereby every sound could be heard from the neighbouring room. I found the Reception staff to be quite unfriendly. Although they spoke English, conversation was perfunctory - not even a response when I said “Good Morning” or “Goodbye” to them. By contrast, the Restaurant staff were both friendly and professional, not to mention the cuisine and wine which were exceptional.

Ottima accoglienza, camere spaziose, pulizia impeccabile. Abbondante colazione servita in un cestino per pic-nic :un tocco originale che dimostra attenzione e cura dei particolari!

Hotel was just what I/we were kooking for - small, cosy, quiet, relaxing, safe. The stay did start with a very unfortunate booking issue as the description of rooms on Hotels.com did not match reality. 2 bedrooms transpired to be one room with pull out sofa! The staff did their absolute best to avoid a disastrous start to our holiday, so after a shaky start, we managed to fully unwind and enjoy the rest of our stay.

De passage, nous avons réservez cet hotel pour sa proximité avec le village outlet. L'hotel est une vieille battisse avec beaucoup de charme, le personnel très sympathique et la literie est très confortable

Très jolie adresse pour un court séjour. Accueil chaleureux et service de qualité. Chambres atypique et charmantes pour un séjour dépaysant et hors du temps

Joli cadre, hôtel au calme avec piscine. Malheureusement, il manque un peu d’entretien!

Seul bémol le restaurant était fermé mais cela se comprend du fait de la période actuelle

Location molto suggestiva, che sicuramente da il meglio in estate quando si possono gustare la piscina e tutti gli spazi all'aperto. Non ho avuto il tempo per provare la Spa e la palestra, ma ho visto che ci sono. Il ristorante è ottimo, piatti della cucina piemontese rivisitati e una ottima selezione di vini. La camera é ben spaziosa come pure il bagno, mancano solo, a mio avviso, alcuni accessori come un appendiabiti ed un ripiano per la valigia
