Slidt hotel, rengøring ikke helt i top. Synes prisen er i den høje ende i forhold til standarden. Maden fremragende og gode priser. Hund kunne medbringes til ok pris, måske derfor det fremstår slidt,

Insgesamt ist es OK, vor allem das die Parkplätze in unmittelbarer nähe befanden. Es müsste ein Klemmbret an der Tür aussen sein , um das Schild " bitte nicht stören " anzuklemmen, an der Türklinke fällt es immer wieder runter oder der Wind weht es weg. Sauberer Unterkunft. Rezeption nicht immer besetzt.

Das Prinzip der Anlage ist gut, allerdings ist die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen … Auch wenn coronabedingt zuletzt nicht viel los war - für Sauberkeit hätte das kaum deutsch verstehende Personal sorgen können…. Badentlüftung funktioniert nicht. klemmende und damit nicht funktionierende Schiebetür der Dusche, fingerdicker Dreck auf den Scharnieren der Badezimmertür, Spinnweben im Lampenschirm (erkennt man auf den Fotos auch ohne Brille…)

Three night stay, Aug -19 in short (as short as I can...) Room: OK size, comfortable bed, good storage. Staff: No one (really, not a single person) speaks English year 2019!!! TV: Endless amounts of german channels (numerous duplicates of course...) but English? Noooo, not even BBC, CNN nor Euronews... Bathroom: OK size and quite clean but boy does it smell!!?? Mould and sewage smell was overwhelming and hits right in the face every time You open the door. Important notice: As there is no Air Conditioner (AC) or proper ventilation (no ventilation TBH) in rooms You need to sleep with open window. No fridge/minibar in room either. The positives then: Restaurant! The breakfast was excellent and good variety of stuff to choose from. The dinners were great as well, huge portions of well cooked and really tasty meals! Kudos to the Chef!!

The hotel has everything required for a short stay, rooms are comfortable and clean. A special compliment to the staff, whom we found to be very service-minded. The breakfast was already very good but was certainly topped by a very attentive and responsive staff. Certainly recommended!

Do not expect luxury when you book here, but, although somewhat outdated, all is in working order and clean. The hotel is not in the vicinity of town, so for exploring Rostock you'll need transport. If possible, try to get a room at the outside of the hotel. At the courtyard there's a terrace, and sometimes people stay up late and conversation might get loud!
