Morenica del Rosario

They promised a airport shuttle pickup. Never came. They promised a late night check-in 9:00 pm no luck. When I arrived at 10:00 pm the front doors were locked. I rang the bell for 10 minutes but no answer. I had to find a taxi and look for a new hotel.

Advertised as having onsite parking which is not correct.

I didn’t like nothing about this hotel .

I was 2 nights and I get sick because no hot water , dust everywhere. You can’t see it because it’s dark no lights .. in the room . My bed was with dog hairs . I have atsma . I haven’t slept for 2 days because I couldn’t breathe..the costumer service looks like they don’t care . The front desk lady wanna give me 2$ for because I need to stay one more day in Cuenca . Breakfast is not fresh . And the are where is the breakfast has a lot of carpet with dust . They told they don’t use the vacuum.

I liked the location of this hotel. It was perfect for exploring Centro Histórico, churches and landmarks. Noise levels were manageable and staff was helpful and accommodating

Beds and furniture were functional but dated. I requested to change our room due to uncomfortable bed frame. Staff was quick to respond and helped with our request.

It says in the information it has own parking lot, but it doesn't. i had to pay a parking lot one block away
