Excellent hotel very clean and the staff always super helpful. Not many English speaking staff but they all had the google translate app on their phones so no problems. Food at the restaurant was some of the best in Beijing

Flexible checking in and staff are very helpful. Located within vicinity of MRT station, easy to travel to city centre. Is a good place to stay in. International buffet breakfast provided variety of choices of food, ranging from local delights and western food!

Room is OK but little bit old. Staff not sure, They always wrong my room number. Breakfast is so busy. Too big restaurant and staff not enough. Sometimes Yogurt machine broken. Coffee machine too. Also sometimes dishes, Forks, Spoons, not enough. About breakfast this hotel need remake system. 何故か五十文字以上と認識されない日本語じゃないと駄目なのか？トリップアドバイザーバグが発生しているぞ。

The hotel was very nice but for us a little far from everything, good transport by Metro. The hotel offered a map and instructions how to get to a destination we were interested in. Taxis were also quite reasonable and the hotel staff organized this as well.

We stayed here for four nights as part of a Nexus Tour. The hotel is located far from downtown and there is nothing close to the hotel to see. If you want dinner outside of the hotel you need to walk 15 minutes to get to some restaurants. Our room was spacious but not very clean. The wifi took a long time to load and then would kick you out periodically. The breakfast was okay but not great. The coffee maker wasn’t working most mornings. I would not stay here again

nice staff, comfortable bed. Good hotel

Stayed here for three nights as part of a tour group. It is not centrally located and quite a way from city centre, however there is a train station about a 10-15 min walk away that can take you there. Can be challenging when part of a tour group as you get back quite late and there are no restaurants or fast food outlets close by. There is a shopping mall a 15 min walk away however that does have a good range of food options including a supermarket. The hotel itself was nice, rooms are quite large and very clean. Very difficult to find staff members with a good command of English (especially in the restaurant), but the domestic staff were always willing to help where they could. Breakfast - good selection of food, although it was not always served at a good temperature - keeping food under a lamp doesn't equal keeping it warm. Hard to get a seat before 9am as it is full of tour groups in the rush to get out. Wifi was terrible.One of the worst we had in China. Would not choose to stay here unless doing something locally, however it was an overall pleasant stay.

The hotel is located one half mile away from a metro station (biomedical science park) and in between center Beijing and Great wall (meant away from the city). Overall its facility is good, nice breakfast compared to local hotels, no coffee shop and poor convenient store at the lobby. Please also be noted not all taxi drivers know about this hotel and many of them don't wanna drive to, better use DD taxi (China Uber) to visit by.
