Stayed at Tune for 2 nights and 3 days.. The room overally was OK, not the spacious both room and shower but it's quite clean.. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with.. However i need to point out the lack of aminities inside the room such as phone, iron, fridge and lack of tv channels.. However, still enjoyed our stay foe the amount of money paid

Excellent service by the staff. Friendly and easy to communicate. But the hotel. Condition is not so good as the 1st room I was given was hot as the aircond have problem and they change my room to a new one. I choose the option to have window so that I can look outside, but the room with window facing some store room and other room was given.

we stay for 4days 3 nights (family room) but on second day stay until checkout our room not tidy up by housekeeping:( overall the room quite satisfied and comfort.
