The bedroom, washroom and toilet was spotless, ac working fine,, breakfast was decent, the pool was really clean as well. The staff were very friendly and polite.

The beach was not accessible, spring mattress

Нас поселили на 3 поверсі, з чудовим видом, але на 4 поверсі прямо над нами проводили капітальні ремонті роботи. З 8:30 ранку починали вибивати вікна та виносити стіни. Персонал нас про це не попередив. Поки не закінчать ремонт, туди не варто їхати

Amazing pool , and fantastic views

Road and Traffic that caused about 2 hrs drive to reach the facility despite about 50kms

This place only gets better! Been here a few times now but the service & happy staff make this place. Great room with large pool view & beautiful breakfast as always .

Nice and neat hotel, friendly and welcoming staff. Good service. I was afraid of lizards but we had so many in our room that I ended up having them as a pet. I would say this is a positive.

This review is not about the hotel itself, but about the location and overall experience, which were disappointing. The hotel is very far from the airport. Travel time is around 2–2.5 hours, and with traffic it can reach 3 hours. The surrounding area is not tourist-friendly, especially for families. There is ongoing construction right in front of the hotel, heavy traffic, and it is unsafe and unpleasant to walk around. Transport is a major problem. Local taxi drivers operate a monopoly. They often accept rides on Gojek or Grab and later pressure you to cancel, saying the platforms pay too little. In practice, you are forced to hire local taxis. Locals pay around 50K IDR, while foreigners are charged 150K IDR for the same distance. Car rental prices are also inflated. A car that normally costs around 250K IDR per day elsewhere is quoted at 400K IDR per day here. This felt targeted at tourists. In city areas, pricing is fairer and tourists are not treated as a cash cow. Food options in the area are poor. I tried several restaurants and only Gogo Chicken was decent; the rest were overhyped. There is no buffet breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast is fixed, and because it was included in our package, we had to eat the same breakfast for 10 days, which became very repetitive. As a Muslim traveller, this area is not suitable. Despite clearly requesting no bacon multiple times, bacon was still served. The staff were friendly, but there is a lack of understanding of Muslim dietary requirements. Muslim travellers are better off staying in Ubud. There is no good white-sand beach nearby. Reaching beaches like Sanur takes around 1.5 hours by car. There are also very limited activities around the hotel. Although the hotel price seems reasonable, high transport costs and long travel times make it poor value overall. Staying closer to the airport or city is far more practical.
