Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly, always alert to take requests. Food was great too, especially their chicken items like chicken chowmein, boneless chicken. They arranged for all of my important transports without a hassle and helped me to pay for all using my credit card, something rare in Nepal.

Basically nothing to dislike. Maybe they can include complimentary breakfast.
