The vistas from the restaurant. It's hard to concentrate on eating when the majestic mountains draw your attention.

Parking lot and the views

The room was clean, but everything was dated; in the shower there was a curtain, not hygienic at all. The personnel was not very friendly, especially the receptionist. It is far from the center, and the buses run only once an hour. Breakfast was very poor, not a piece of fruit. It was quite expensive for a 3 star hotel

Good parking which is why we chose it. Good refurbished accomodation.

Staff were insular and not welcoming. There were only 2 staff operating the whole hotel. The younger women and receptionist had zero people skills and no interest in the guests. The older man needed to wash regularly and stop shouting at us in Spanish which we clearly didn't understand. Both seemed to work 24/7 which is a poor situation by the owners. The breakfast food was rubbish. Same diet everyday. Same cold food on tue same cold platters covered in cling film. Same bread all week in the plastic wrapper it came.in. it just got more stale everyday. The dining are was closed most days. The outside seating area was closed. The 2 employees made fresh coffee for themselves in front of us but the bar was closed to residents. In summary a Soviet style hotel with Soviet service levels i.e. none.

Me gusto el aparcamiento. no me gusto el personal en general poco agradable correcto pero poco agradable con el cliente muy cortante

Noise from other rooms can be easily heard. Also toilet noises when flushed in other rooms. Clean room, quite hard bed.
