The place was clean and close to the center.

The location was very noisy even though they have sound proof shutters , the value of the property was overpriced for the apartment , location and facilities .

L'accueil lors de notre arrivée. Le lieu du petit déjeuner trop exigu par rapport à la fréquentation, la disponibilité et l'attention du personnel pour le petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner lui-même très restreint. Une prise de lampe de chevet cassée ou apparaissent les fils dénudés !!!!

Super zentrale Wohnung direkt am Puls von Chania. Wir hatten das oberste Appartement mit eigenem Balkon und fühlten uns wie in einem Palast. Auch das Himmelbett, die freistehende Wanne und weitere charmante Details machten unseren Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Das Frühstück im dazugehörigen Café ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Abreise nach 3 Tagen fiel schwer ;)

The room was nice, I liked the jet tub and the 4 poster bed. It had all the necessary amenities and was generally clean and tidy. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

We were located in the secondary building. The major issue with this is that it is located next to a church. This was extremely noisy for 2-3 hours on Sunday morning. I appreciate this is not within the hotel's control, however if you like a lie in, this may not be the best choice for you.

Struttura situata nel centro storico, in posizione comoda a muoversi a piedi per visitare la old town. Personale accogliente e disponibile a comprendere le nostre esigenze. Camera per 3 persone grande e confortevole. Ottima pulizia. Parcheggio non compreso, ma su consiglio dello staff abbiamo potuto parcheggiare l'auto sul lungomare, a breve distanza, in zona non a pagamento. . Colazione abbondante. La consiglio e sicuramente ci tornerei.

Ausgezeichnete Lage sehr zentrumsnah. Zimmer mit Kochmöglichkeit sehr originell. Sehr sauber. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Balkon auf der Strassenseite reicht für zwei schmale Gartenstühle - kaum brauchbar, aber nett. Minibar mit Wasser, Cola und Bier bestückt.

Zimmer nur über sehr steile Treppe erreichbar. Frühstück eher spartanisch: entweder Kaffee (Filterkaffee) oder Fruchsaft (dieser sehr dünn) gegen Aufzahlung jedoch guter Espresso erhältlich. Personal etwas unbeholfen, mürrischer Chef (?)

Staff were dishonest and attempted to charge us a 200 euro cleaning fee after I asked them to change the bed linen because it smelt unclean on our first night. There was no hot water because the staff member had turned the hot water off. I contacted booking.com and told them that their claim was deceitful after they took a photo of the inside of a rubbish bin to show the uncleanliness of the room. We had 2 unpleasant nights at this hotel. I informed the manager of this and was told I would be reimbursed for my stay but this has not occurred. The bed linen was stale and there was an odour emitting from the pillows which was not rectified after my initial complaint. I would not recommend this hotel. The room was large but not practical as the bedroom and bathroom were up a narrow spiral staircase. The lower area was dark and consisted of a sink, fridge and two small tables and chairs. To sum up My wife and I were upset that we were accused of leaving rubbish in the room whilst we were still staying there.
