South Beach Kings Promenade Hotel

We stayed here 4 times now as we visit casino and the staff are amazing. Weve stayed in same room 3 times and last night stayed in a diff room still sea view however bigger and you can see they are trying to make little changes and upgrades. New bathroom and light up mirror. We will be coming again for sure.

Blind in room was broke so we couldn't have it partially open either fully open or fully closed . But didn't dampen our stay.

I like the location and the clean, seemingly newly refurbished bathroom.

The place looked Old beddings, dusty smells, old furniture, doors without locks, dirty surroundings, low water in the shower. No dining area and no adequate Car park.

The lady at the reception was very nice, great location in front of the seaside.

Clean and comfortable room

The staff's communication makes all the difference; there's a lovely lady named Sara who told us about places we could go. We liked her suggestions and had great family outings. When we got back from the beach, our son loved being in front of the hotel,with his ball and there was a male employee there who was playing with a soccer ball. 👏🏻🥰 Their attention was fantastic, and we would recommend them.🙌🏼👏🏻

We stayed for 3 nights, Wednesday to Friday, and enjoyed Saturday. Every day we went to the hotel bar to see if it was open, but it wasn't. We were hoping to play pool as a family; there's a beautiful pool table inside, which we saw before booking, one of the reasons for choosing it.
