Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Das Hotel ist äußerst komfortabel und hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Spa-Bereich lässt keine Wünsche offen, das Essen war exzellent und der Service außergewöhnlich freundlich. Alles war wunderschön – absolut empfehlenswert!

Prima familiengeführtes(?!) Hotel, geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer, angenehm eingerichtet, bequemes Bett, schön angelegter & großzügiger Wellness-Bereich und leckeres Früchstück. Alles sehr gastorientiert, es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Deko des hauses ist Geschackssache - und über Geschmack lässt sich nicht streiten... Die inneren Werte sind top!

Der neue Anbau mit großem Ruhebereich im Spa ist sehr schön. Es ist genug Platz bei normaler Auslastung. Die Ausstattung des Spa-Bereichs ist toll. Die Verpflegung und das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr lecker.

Die Zeiten werden sehr penibel eingehalten. So wird zum Beispiel das Abend Buffet bereits um 21:00 Uhr abgebaut, ohne noch einmal zu erinnern. Wir bekamen an einem Abend keinen Hauptgang mehr. Der Checkout ist ebenfalls so geregelt, dass die Zimmer Karte gesperrt wird. Uns kam das etwas übertrieben vor.

The peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness, and the friendly reception staff

The breakfast experience on the day of our checkout was absurd, unacceptable, and the most embarrassing situation I have ever experienced in many years of traveling with my family. We arrived early and were informed that there was no table available, even though the dining area was empty and all the tables were “reserved” with names, a ridiculous management failure. The staff member even said we could only have breakfast if we were quick, within a maximum of 30 minutes, as if we had done something wrong, which I found humiliating and outrageous, especially after paying for the best accommodation. We only agreed to have breakfast there because we were traveling with a child and there was no nearby alternative, meaning we had no choice. The situation was only resolved after my husband complained at the reception, but by then it had already created an extremely uncomfortable and tense atmosphere. Horrible experience.
