The Woodridge Inn

Nice one night stay before a train ride with Whitewater Valley Railroad. Hotel and grounds very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice large and comfortable bed. One draw back that TV in room was very fuzzy. Lady at front desk did her best to help us but still fuzzy. Had backup that could watch things on my laptop.

The location was nice. It was close to the conference that I was staying at.

The staff did not tell me where to go to find my room. The outlets in the room did not work besides one. I had to unplug the lamp to charge my phone. The shower took me over 5 mins of struggling to turn on. It was stuck and wouldn't budge.

The day before leaving there was a roach in my room. I told front desk upon check out no concern from them.

Staff were decent

Mattress has stains and holes, was very worn. Cobb webs all over the room.

It was a decent hotel, but make sure you get what you pay for. I paid for a room with a king size bed and got one with what I believe to be two queens size beds.

Booked on hotels.com and they didn’t have my reservation. Booked executive suite and supposed to have a lounge chair and desk chair, I had neither. Had to eat and work on the bed. Room was very dated. Air conditioner didn’t cook at all. Went to shower and had no towels had to go to front desk for them.

It was centrally located

The carpet in the room felt like when they cleaned it they didn’t get all the shampoo out of the carpet

Staff was nice and it was clean; breakfast was fine.

It is an older property in a small town. The bathroom was small with no counter space and very poor lighting in the room. Also we struggled to have water that was not scalding. The cost is very high for what you’re getting. You’re paying for the location since all else in the town is trash.

The staff we encountered were friendly. The bed was comfortable. breakfast was really good with a good selection. Our hotel room needs a new bathtub bad.
