Location was wonderful

Staff was amazing

Otelimiz havalimanına ve tren istasyonuna 10dk. Tek otobüsle Basel şehir merkezine ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Odamız çok güzel ve tertemizdi. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltı dahil almıştık o da çok güzeldi.

Staff needs to be able to explain things better. Like the bus rides, they say one thing about the price then you get on the bus to come back to the hotel and it’s totally different . Food prices were outrageous. I did not like the breakfast buffet at all. It was very poor. Nothing to really select no hot foods you had it.

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great; not too far from the town center and great for a quick trip to the airport in the morning.

The spa was okay but some things were beginning to show their age.

“The hotel was very stylish and the breakfast was quite good. Since the egg cooking machines were out of order, they prepared omelets for us instead. The hotel has its own paid parking area, but since we visited during a holiday period, there were plenty of free parking spaces available, so we parked in a free spot.”
