"Wonderful stay yet again"

Wonderful stay yet again for our wedding anniversary and my birthday. Staff and room were lovely, just one suggestion, maybe hire out mini fridges for rooms, and the customer pays a deposit and only gets it on return of fridge in working order???

We really enjoyed our stay....every staff member was friendly and professional and delivered great service. Nice rooms, good food, lots of lobby space for hanging out.

"Residents status doesn't matter"

I was working local and booked your hotel for the time I was here and on Tuesday evening after work we went down to the bar and upon entering we were asked to sit in the lobby because it was residents only and when I explained I was a resident I was still asked to sit in the lobby. I was absolutely disgusted by this I've stayed away for work previous all over Ireland and have never experienced this, we end up leaving the hotel and going to the town for food and a drink. The reason for me booking a hotel instead of an air b&b was to stay in the hotel to have our food. Hopefully this is something you can rectify for future residents. Martin O Shea Room324
