Nodo Cusco Garcilaso

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und angenehm groß gewesen. Super nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße, dadurch ist es ruhig. Wir konnten uns das Zimmer aussuchen, es gibt einige Zimmer, die das Fenster zum Innenbereich haben. Die Lage zum Plaza de Armas/Kathedrale ist perfekt, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Frühstück kann man zwischen 4 Gerichten wählen, die frisch zubereitet werden. 😋 Unser Zimmer lag im 4. Stock. Es gibt leider keinen Fahrstuhl. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder übernachten.

Nichts

I loved the hotel, it’s a huge house with a large restaurant area and many other common areas with sofas, games, etc. The room was spacious, with 3 double beds super comfy and warm. They helped us to book a ground floor bedroom so that my mom didn’t have to climb the stairs every day. The bathroom was enormous, with bathtub and shower, hot water working perfectly 24h. Good quality towels too. They provided a heater that worked perfectly to warm up the whole room. The breakfast was incredible, all the options were delicious, and if you need to leave early, they give you a box to go (not the same quality though, I strongly recommend to take the delicious breakfast served in the restaurant). Everyone was very attentive and extremely kind.

The bath sink got clogged 2 times, seems there was a problem in the building and not particularly in our room.

Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Ligging van het hotel was zeer goed, nabij het centrum.

Me pareció hermoso, me recibieron muy bien, llegué muy tarde esa noche y me estaban esperando, me acompañaron a la habitación, me hicieron sentir muy bien! El desayuno me pareció increíble, el servicio todo! Sin dudas es un lugar que volvería a elegir para estar más tiempo

Super central location and we liked the large, newly furbished room with a very good shower (high pressure and warm!) Staff is friendly.

Our room was at the third floor with no elevator, which is no ideal (altitude sickness). Also it was very noisy due to loud music coming from somewhere until very late. Breakfast a la carte is okeish (not all the options were available, dishes do not really match the menu description)
