In the center of Puerto del Carmen. It's close to several pubs and restaurants. Apartments a bit old fashioned, but clean and quiet. Overall good experience

Initially we had some issues with noise, but these were resolved immediately

First stay here for a few years Staff friendly as always Room very clean Location brilliant 5 stars

Les autres voyageurs ne respectent pas assez les lieux. La vaisselle était rangée sale dans les placards 😒

Really lovely apartments. I stayed in a 1 bedroom and it was very nice, it was spacious, big fridge / freezer, stove top, utensils etc. Big table and chairs, big TV and couches. My back door opened straight out to the pool. Really really quiet and no noise could be heard from the busy strip and its in an ideal location. The staff we so lovely also. Literally a 1 minute walk to the strip with lots of bars and restaurants, and about a 5 minute walk to the main beach. Really clean, cleaners and workers there all the time keeping it maintained. The pool and pool area is small compared to other places but this made no odds to me, there were a nice few lounge chairs to sit out on 😀

There was nothing I didn't like, will 100% be booking this complex again.

L'établissement est très bien situé.calme,propre mais tous ce qui est matelas et canapé du salon sont trop usés et vieillots ça fait très mal l'usure les as rendus inconfortables .il faut les changer ça date des années 2000. Aussi il faut des ustensiles de cuisine de moyennes qualité. Ceux qui se trouvent à la cuisine sont trop nuls marmite trop légère et qui brûle et cole les aliments, poêle qui n'a plus son adhésif elle est dangereuse pour la santé. Mais un personnel super surtout la dame qui s'appelle soraya très souriante, serviable. Moi j'ai eu un voisin du dessous avec un chien que la propriétaire laisse toute la nuit et qui est trop agité donc impossible de dormir jusqu'à ce que son maître le fasse sortir à son retour tardivement. J'espère y revenir et trouver un changement pour une amélioration du sommeille.
