"Excellent exclusive retreat to reset."

Absolutely stunning Villa style hotel away from civilization on a large private property / forest - you can even make a short hike there to go to top of the mountain and enjoy the sea view. We had the Prestige room with sea view - very clean, it was cleaned and refreshed twice a day. A beautiful and lovely place for couples to chill out. I can imagine that it's a great spot for weddings. Olga from reception was great in taking care of our wishes. She organized a dinner at a nice restaurant in the town. Drinks and pool towels were available. Pool was nice and a plenty of space available. There were always 1-2 other couples there. Sometimes we were alone (July).

The breakfast was a little too small for my taste as I am used to international travelling in 5* hotels. No vegetables. Only small selection of food - most was sweet but maybe it's the Italian culture of breakfast? Unfortunately the Michelin awarded (no star) restaurant was closed for two consecutive days while we were there - we went one evening to a 1* Michelin restaurant in the town (10 minutes away) which was great.

"Beautiful hotel"

Lovely boutique hotel, perched on top of a hill. The surrounding garden and adjacent chappel make it special. They offer charging for electric vehicles which we took advantage of.

• Kein herzlicher Empfang, Gäste fühlten sich eher als Störfaktor. • Personal wirkte gleichgültig bis unhöflich. • Mangelhafte Instandhaltung der Anlagen (verschmutzter Pool/Jacuzzi, ungepflegter Garten). • Enttäuschende Gastronomie: fades Abendessen, ungemütliche Atmosphäre im Speiseraum. • Lärmbelästigung durch nahegelegene Autobahn – kein Schlaf bei offenem Fenster möglich. • Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis extrem schlecht: hohe Kosten bei niedriger Servicequalität.
