Rengøringen var rigtig god alle dage Værelserne var som forventet En af bartenderne var sød og serviceminded

Deres vaskeri ødelagde vores tøj, hvor der var ingen hjælp at hente i receptionen Personalet tager ikke ansvar, er ikke særligt serviceminded, samt var gennerelt sure og uoplagte. Dette havde stor indflydelse på vores samlede vudering

Приятная цена и чистота с отличным персоналом

Питание на отличном уровне, учитывая низкую цену за проживание.Хотелось бы больше рыбных блюд ама остальном выбор есть всегда.

Отель очень понравился,расположен в центре,от пляжа далековато,но есть автобус,который несколько раз в день возит на пляж. Номера современные, удобные кровати,убирают ежедневно.Питание разнообразное,очень вкусно готовят,быстро убирают со столов.Хочется отметить работу ребят на стойке регистрации и милой девушки-менеджера регистрации. Очень доброжелательно,быстро решались любые вопросы.Как куда-то дойти,доехать,заказ такси,обмен валюты(очень удобно в отеле),отдать в стирку личные вещи- все это работа стойки регистрации.Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Если ещё раз приеду в Аланью, то обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле. -
