Phenomenal inn with Willie, his wife and the mascot, London, the two-year old English bulldog. Spotless inn with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced. Wonderful food and great service, above and beyond anything expected!

If you feel like treating yourself to a bit of luxury and a visit to Mont Saint Michel then you couldn't find a better place. Willy and Aurélie are wonderful hosts and couldn't be more helpful.

Wonderful place to stay with terrific owners who do everything possible to assist you in your stay. Location is ideal for visiting Mont St Michel, St Malo or Ducale. Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The food was very good both for breakfast and dinner. The owners are special, wonderful to talk with and very accommodating to all our travel needs.

Hotel was amazing and owners were incredibly helpful. Rooms are huge and beautiful and location is perfect for exploring the area.

We loved everything about our stay at L'Ermitage. The owner was truly one of the nicest people I've met abroad. He went out of his way to make suggestions about where to eat, what to see, etc. He called ahead and made reservations for us. Our suite was immaculate and had every possible amenity you could imagine: private deck, two flat screen TVs, espresso machine with free coffee and tea, luxurious bathroom with separate large shower and soaking tub, Wi-Fi, sitting room, extremely comfortable king bed, a plethora of lighting options, etc., etc. We had dinner at the hotel one night and it rivaled some of the better high-end meals of our Paris stay. Security is also very good. The owner had spared no expense in creating a luxury boutique with everything one would expect at a 5-star location. I really can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Amazing! We only stayed one night but it was so spectacular wish we could've stayed longer! Location was perfect- just minutes from the start of the path to Mont Saint Michel. The hosts, Wil and Aubrey were so lovely and attentive. The room was incredible- very spacious bi-level suite with beautiful decor. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Met their dog London on our way out and he gave us a sweet send-off! Highly recommend this property!!!

This brand new hotel, minutes away from the historic Mont St. Michel, was a real find. Fronted by traditional Norman stone, the inside is modern and spacious. The staff, from the Manager down, could not have been more helpful or friendly suggesting routes to various sites and even downloading maps to make sure we were heading in the right direction. We ate dinner both nights at the hotel and enjoyed the food, especially the local lamb which is naturally salty in taste due to its diet of salty grass by the sea. We would definitely come back to L'Ermitage.
