30 minutos antes de eu chegar para o check-in (que foi o horário marcado a mais de uma semana) Eles simplesmente me disseram que meu quarto não estava disponível e me jogaram pra um muito inferior, moveis velhos, cama dura, local sujo. Simplesmente o pior local que já reservei aqui. E pra ajudar a galera da booking não toma nenhuma atitude com isso, não responde e nem da suporte algum !!! estragou toda minha experiência nessa viagem a trabalho
