Castle Cave Hotel

The staff were great and helpful. Booking the shuttle through them for airport pickup and return was easy and worth it. The atmosphere was great. Rooms were clean, area felt safe. Would stay again!

Convenient location and friendly staff.

Positives: 1. Beyza, from the staff, was wonderful. She gave us a warm welcome and gave us helpful tips to go around the town. 2. The room itself was great, a proper cave room with a balcony from where we could see the balloons each morning! 3. The location is perfect, 5 mins walk to great restaurants, 5 mins to the bus station and 5 mins walk to the viewpoint of Goreme, which was our favourite thing to do. 4. Amazing rooftop, one of the highest in the city. Balloons were almost touching us! Things to improve: 1. Rest of the staff (the men) were not really helpful, quite snotty and cold. 2. The hotel helped us with a hot air balloon tour. We think we were misinformed that it was over Goreme and also it was not the best price of the day. 3. The bathroom is a bit worn out and can do with more maintenance. 4. At the rooftop, there was a server who behaved as if coming to the table twice to take an order was a big hassle for him. Because of this, when we refused to pay the service fee of 10%, we were denied that option.

The staff was super helpful as soon as we arrived by providing a cot for our baby and given is great recommendation to eat and do some kids friendly activities. The view is also fabulous for both sunset and sunrise and their breakfast was super tasty!

El baño estaba sucio el área de regaderas y el wc. El desayuno pobre con poca variedad. La habitación muy amplia y excelente vista a Capadocia y excelente ubicación
